My Mom just called. She is at work at the hospital where she works as a nurse. They apperently have the internet there. She called to ask me to go get a book related to her Harmony Kingdom collection. For those who don't know, Harmony Kingdom are little statues, and boxes that are carved by artists, then copied in limited edition runs.



She wanted me to look up a spacific piece, and tell her the value. It's a crab that is worth 35 dollars generally, but has an alternate run with a hand inside the box that is worth 400 dollars. I told her, and she chortled.

"That's just what I wanted to know!" she said in a thrilled voice. I already know what she is doing. "I'm at work and you can't stop me!"

Oh my God, Mom. hehehe! Like I would seriously try to stop you?

They make really neat disney stuff. I want a nightmare before christmas and alice in wonderland one. But they all seem to start at over $100. meh

Yar, the Disney stuff is cute. I don't think Mom has much of it though. And sadly she didn't win the crab. She would have gotten a bargain. She bid 75 bucks on the 400 dollar crab, and was snaked at the last minute by an 85 dollar bid. Suckage.

Yeesh. Does she not know the joy of auction sniper? Oh the power. If you dont use it, your pretty much cant win usualy cuz everyone else does. But it may be a bad idea, she might use it too much.
