A moment

I just had a moment. A little moment, but significant, and I recognize it. You'll probably think it's silly. Some of you, anyway. Today I went to buy new walking shoes, because the ones I got a couple of weeks ago were less expensive, but I quickly realized that cheaper is not better. I went to the JC Pennys today because they were having a sale, and I found some nice New Balance shoes. Good brand, decent price, good to go. Came home, pretty mundane, watched some TV. I got up to get in the shower befor work and looked down. My new shoes are laying next to Brian's and I realize that his are New Balance too. I had a little emotional "squee" of happiness. Just over that. Just over the fact our shoes are the same brand. It made me happy for no logical reason.

*grin* That's like when I pop over to Vernard's place (or he mine), and I notice we're wearing matching bandanas roflrofl. A few times back when we were able to make Margarita Friday more often, we had a hard time trying to convince everyone else we hadn't planned it! rofl
