Bereavement Pay

I'm probably going to get bereavement pay for the time off to go up to Georgia. That's actually pretty damned nice. I didn't even know it was a perk. I found out today because someone in Corporate Payroll called to ask if Mihir forgot to post my houyrs for a week. When he explained why my hours were missing, she suggested that. Nice. I like my company.

If childless is negative for meaning unable to have kids, and child free is negative (according to some), meaning too selfish to want children, can I simply be sans-child?
