Breakfast: Bananna
Lunch: Half of a subway sub. Coldcut combo with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives, and a little spicey mustard.
Dinner: The other half
Later dinner: Small bowl of leftover rice, beans, tomato, and chicken, and some bananna and peanut butter on crackers.

I've lost two pounds so far, and am going to take the brave step of posting an inflinching pic as a befor type shot.

Ok, I admit it. I flinched alittle. I'm wearing my new black bathing suit with forgiving design. But it's still a befor pic.


Bought the suit tonight. Most I've ever paid at almost 30 dollars. I best go to the beach now, eh? I like it though. It's really cute. Brian's all into this with me. We grocery shopped and made sure we got South Beach Diet meals, and salad stuff. I got more yogurt and a box of Shredded Wheat biscuits for snacks. Tonight may be a bad girl, or splurge night. We went to buffet.

Breakfast: Slimfast shake
Lunch: Buffet-Chicken breast, broccoli, brussel sprouts, half a small sweet potato, corn on the cob, small amount of chic and dumplings (like two tablespoons) and three large slices of fried green tomatoe. Sweet tea.

Actually, looking at it, the buffet doesn't look so terrible. One serving of meat, 3 servings of vegies, abit of carb, and then what ever you count the fried tomatoes as. I'd say dessert!
