Lunch: Half of a subway sub. Coldcut combo with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and olives, and a little spicey mustard.
Dinner: The other half
Later dinner: Small bowl of leftover rice, beans, tomato, and chicken, and some bananna and peanut butter on crackers.
I've lost two pounds so far, and am going to take the brave step of posting an inflinching pic as a befor type shot.
