Salad Days

Things are still boringly decent down here. briansama inherited a new bike from a co-worker who is moving. He rode it about 3, or 4 miles today, so I expect he'll be dead tomorrow. His body will be seized with premature rigormortis. And he will hate all living things that do not share his pain upon this earth.

Currently my big kitty girl, Sabu, is using her little grey fostern, Bink as a pillow. It's terribly cute, and by the time I fished out a camera, they'd have seperated. Damned cats. The Feliway that my Mom ordered seems to be working. Much fewer fights and anxiety. Hobo is still an anxious boy, but that may never change. At least he seems happier, and is less inclined to jump on Camo.

For those of you near a Publix, Brian and I have discovered the wonderful joy of pre-made, pre-seasoned meat courses in the meat section. We've gotten meatloaf, jerked pork, and meatballs. I've seen stuffed salmon, and various other poultry and meats. You cook it yourself, but it's fresh and you don't have to do the prep work. The portions are usually small enough for two as well. I highly recommend.

I got an iTunes gift card from Brian for Valentines, and I purchased both the Underworld and the Underworld Evolution sound tracks. I love sound tracks. They are like little music samplers. Even if you though the movies sucked, I think the sound tracks are both very good.
