Progress Report
Jun. 27th, 2006 01:48 pmYesterday I walked all the way to work, roughly 3 miles, and an hour of walking. I put severe blisters on both of my heels. today, after waking, and befor breakfast and coffee, I weighed myself.
203. EDIT I weigh 203...If I ever weigh 103, you all have my permission to hold me down and feed me a plate of spagetti.
I broke past the weight swing again.
So today I am going to tape up my heels, and put on a raincoat if it starts to rain, and I'm going to walk again. I looked in the mirror, and I can see my fat disappearing. Success feels good!
Today:
Breakfast: Turkey wraps
Lunch: Salad from Subway
Dinner: Half a bowl of soup with crackers and cheese.
Snack: Peanut butter and banana sandwich
Yesterday:
Breakfast: Turkey and cheese sandwich
Lunch: Salad with sliced chicken
Dinner: Can of soup
