So I'm making this *home made* macaroni and cheese that I got from one of those recipe magazines they have at the checkout counter. Man, this better be so much better than the crap from a box. It's got alot of steps, the last of which includes baking in a large baking dish. I'm even using real butter. not margarine. My grandmother would be proud. I am so not being Peg Bundy today. I have messed up alot of dishes, ground a pound of sharp cheddar by myself, and managed not to spill anything. The pirex baking dish of this stuff is monsterous. I'm thinking of planning a Macaroni and Cheese adoption agency. Who wants to adopt? I know you do, Amie.
